This request would relocate a Heavy Industrial Business into a General Rural area and is not in conformance with the Washoe County Development Code and Master Plan.  The request includes three large buildings, sixty parking places (40 for heavy equipment), and bins to store landscaping materials, and wholesale nursery items.The project will generate an estimated 312 daily trips. The proposed business location is in a flood plain and would create many adverse effects on the rural residences nearby.      Please attend this important meeting and express your opinion to this request.
